Zarmen brings over 20 years of project (and team!) management know-how to her role as VP of Client Services at MK Promo. She thrives on providing superlative administrative, logistical, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a result driven focus. She is much admired for her exceptional customer service and her ability to collaborate and communicate with departments, suppliers, and clients alike.
She works closely with her equally awesome team, and, leading by example, has perfected the client experience so that everybody gets the products they want and the results they hoped for served up with a smile, in a seamless and user-friendly manner. Zarmen enjoys spending time with her family, especially shopping with her daughter and being the hostess-with-the-mostess while entertaining and feeding her family and friends large Armenian feasts.
